i got the ends of my hair trimmed, and my hairdresser used a deep conditioner on me. it was like shampoo, and i sat under the dryer for about ten minutes with it on my head.

it worked wonders. most of my split ends disappeard, and a lot of the breakage was fixed.

i asked what i could do on my own, and she said to buy a reconstructing conditioner.

Keep your hair clean and conditioned regularly and comb it thoroughly on a daily basis. I also helps if you cover your hair at night with a satin bonnet or something like it. Try not to put heavy oils in your hair ever, always use something light. Sometimes hair just breaks off though and theres nothing you can really do about it. Also try to keep your stress levels down!
