i do have a narrow forehead and round cheeks and i am wondering what other hairstyles i can try, i have a medium long hair that i don't want to cut any shorter.

try a nice whispy side-bang. I had the same problem and even though full straight bangs are no good for round cheeks, a nice soft side bang is sophisticated and cute.... just make sure your hair keeps a bit of volume also... get it cut in layers... u keep the length but since there are shorter layers in it, the hair falls nicely around your face

Try bangs for the forehead, which will give it a wider appearance and then feathering from the cheeks down to the jaw to make your face look less round. You can still keep the rest of the length.HTH : )
