They're all the same haircut....Posh Becham's hair is shorter than all the others, but they are all the same with the hair just parted from one side or the other....I dont know, since they are all the same why dont you just choose one!

I think the first picture will look darling on you. I like your color; you could try a burgundy streak in your bangs.

Be sure you have someone that can thin and razor cut your hair to get that look. You will need to flat iron that cut with 1 or 2 hair products. A great cut is what it is all about!

the first one is def. the best. I wouldnt do a thing with your hair if i were you, if anything i would get extensions or curl it at the ends ala paris or kim..... dont mess with your color unless you go lighter dont go red it always ends up looking shitty! just so you know the posh look is awful unless you look...like posh.... my stylist said you have to keep that haircut up like every 2 weeks, plus you havev to have that face, super skinnny, plus the super skinny body... hard to keep up love the hair now besides men love long hair!
