I'm so sick of it, any ideas? help.?

I have medium long straight hair, in the front it's about to the middle of my boob, and mid back, my bangs are a cpl inches longer then my chin.

I'm soooo ready just to cut it all off, but it took me a long time to grow my hair out this long, so I know I will regret it, but I'm just sick of it, I never know what to do with it and I just end up wearing it in a pony tail. please give me ANY ideas....

I like that style where the hairs in a pony, and the bangs are pinned up high on top, pouffy almost? How do you get it so high? every time I've tried my bangs just flatten out on my head...

first, get you're hair cut--that will help alot. Maybe just a couple inches, and a bang--the poof thing only works with a bang. Also, ask you're hair dresser for tips and ideas. this is how i do my poof thing:

take my bangs and seperate them from rest of hair. twist from end. take my other hand and pinch the middle of the twist, push it up so my hair poof, lol--clip where i pinch--then i put another clip in because my bangs are growing out.

to answer the bangs question, to make it poofy you should backcomb it (tease it) and then smoothe it over and pin it ^^

i guess you'er talking about a quiff?

err you gotta tease your hair (brush madly from the back of section) and pin !

or if you have very unresponsive hair, like i do, gather your bangs, twist, then pin at the very top of your head after pushing your hair forward!

very confusing, i know.

why not search it up on youtube?

To get that lift, a few choppy layers on top will help. Back-combing is great:-

Lift a section of hair up from the root, backcomb slightly, blast with hairspray and leave. Continue through the top section and when it is completely dry, smooth down the surface with a soft brush, a Patrick Cameron brush is perfect. Spray again into place.

the style you like (teasing the hair) can actually damage it if you do that a couple of times. if you're like, getting bored with your hair, i suggest you perm it or color it. that way, you wont regret cutting it :) good luck, anyway.
