Should i shave and get a haircut?

before school i got a hair cut and shaved. i thought people would notice me and start talking to me espaecially women but they havent. i started feeling depressed and grew my hair out to medium length and have a full beard. should i shave and what kind of haircut could i get that i dont have to put gel in it and look attractive to bring out my blue eyes

i think you should cut your hair like Drake Bell style..not mushroom cut but kind of baggy. and shave off your beard. wear brighter colours...but not too bright
